KP Building Products, a member of the Kaycan Group of companies is seeking Production Operators to join our teams at our Acton, facility.
Schedule:
- ROTATING SCHEDULE EVERY 2 WEEKS: Continental shifts: 3-2-2-3
- 12-hour rotating – 8:00am to 8:00pm / 8:00pm to 8:00am
- Every other weekend off
Salary starting at: $20.39/h with regular pay increases
Premium: Weekend and Night shift premiums: $1.00/h
Requirements:
- Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience – not required, full training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all product packaged has proper barcode, label, quantity and nesting pattern
- Immediate notification of quality problems to operator, lead hand operator or Supervisor
- Record information on Quality Record Sheets
- Responsible for housekeeping in work area
- Arrive at work station on time and remain at work station until relief arrives
- Assist other operators on the line, as needed
- Follow all plant rules and safety regulations
